Game of Thrones Season 8's trailer is finally out. HBO released the first full-lenght trailer of the final season of the popular American fantasy drama on Tuesday. The much-awaited final season of Game of Thrones will premiere on April 14.
In the 2 minute trailer, Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) is seen gasping and running for her life in the crypts of Winterfell. Her panting is followed by her voiceover in the background. She says, "I know death, it’s got many faces. I look forward to seeing this one."
Jon Snow (Kit Harington) along with Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) and her army of Unsullied arrive in Winterfell. Sansa is stunned to see the two dragons while Arya seems mesmerised by giant creatures.
Everyone is preparing for the ultimate battle with Whitewalkers. Jon Snow announces the arrival of the Whitewalkers. Talking about the army of dead, he says, "They are coming. Our enemy doesn't tire. Doesn't stop. Doesn't feel."
Meanwhile, Cersei Lannister seems to be unaffected and is enjoying her wine with a devilious grin.
Jaime Lannister who had promised to fight against the Whitewalkers is determined to fulfill his promise. He says, "I promised to fight for the living. I intend to keep that promise."
Looks like, Jaime is all set to defy his ladylove Cersei.
All the important characters of Game of Thrones who've managed to survive through all these seasons make an appearance in the trailer like Tyrion Lannister, Sir Jorah Mormont, Missandei, Grey Worm, Samwell Tarly, Bran Stark, Brienne of Tarth and Podrick. One of the most important characters of the final season, the Night King makes an appearance towards the end of the trailer.
